Drake Durkee Night

Annually, the Golden Youth Basketball Association presents the Drake Durkee Defense & Hustle Award to one girl and one boy at halftime of GHS Boys Varsity Basketball game.  

The Drake Durkee Foundation celebrates Drake’s life by empowering children to connect through kindness and compassion.  The Drake Durkee Defense & Hustle Award is presented to the players that display Drake's attitude on and off the court and best embody the following traits:  

§  Hustle

§  Tenacious Defense

§  Great Attitude 

§  Love for the Game

§  Work Ethic

§  Kind Heart
